Hot Meg makes her entrance at 4.6 inches, making wherever she walks her runway. She is dressed in a magenta crop top and a blue miniskirt topped off with her white high heel boots. Her hair flows in the wind while she struts down the city. The exterior of her double-walled packaging depicts the streets of the alternate universe where Hot Meg exists. The interior is a red background with the Family Guy logo pattern. The protective sleeve is the iconic stage with the red and gold curtains that is shown in the title sequence.
