Sitting at 9 inches tall with arms outstretched and legs flung forward, a pensive look crosses his face with pursed lips while his long blue black hair parts at the middle of his face and spikes up at the back. He’s dressed in a majestic open white shirt that’s tucked into a blue waist wrap and is tied in place with a purple rope that holds a sheathed black katana at his back. Naruto Shippuden is a Japanese anime based on the manga of the same name written by Masashi Kishimoto.
